Location Position Designation Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas industry. This role is pivotal in developing, optimizing, and implementing engineering designs and processes for the exploration, extraction, refining, and distribution of oil and gas. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of chemical engineering principles, process simulation, and design software, as well as a strong commitment to safety and environmental standards. This role demands a proactive approach to improving process efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring that all engineering projects meet industry regulations and standards. Job Requirement • Initiate and manage overall departmental manpower planning efficiently. • Manage department efficiently to ensure excellent departmental performance and optimized the resources effectively. • Develop and initiate training development plan for staff. • Effectively communicate with internal and external clients on relevant technical matters. • Ensure that the project is being implemented in accordance with the Project PEQP. • A recognized degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant field. • Minimum 15 years’ experience in engineering design of projects in oil & gas industry. • Must be computer literate and good in Microsoft office and engineering software i.e Hysys, Pipesim, and Flaresim.
