| Collaborate with engineers, designers, and technicians to develop engineering designs and solutions that meet client specifications and adhere to industry standards and safety regulations. Utilize advanced engineering software and methodologies in design processes. |
| Act as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels to facilitate the smooth execution of projects. |
| Address and resolve technical and project-related issues as they arise, applying innovative and practical solutions to keep the project on track. |
| Ensure that all project activities comply with legal regulations, environmental policies, and safety standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks. |
| Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including design files, project plans, and progress reports. Present findings and progress to senior management and clients. |
| Continually seek ways to improve project outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in engineering design. |
| Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage cross-functional teams. |
| Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. |
| Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous. |
| Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on engineering design. |
