Job Requirement
Lead the design and analysis of civil and structural engineering projects, including the development of models, calculations, and technical drawings using state-of-the-art software and methodologies.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and best practices specific to the oil and gas industry, as well as environmental and safety regulations.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate the suitability of locations for new installations or modifications to existing structures.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and process engineers, to ensure the integration of all project aspects.
Oversee the preparation of bid packages, technical reports, and project documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a significant portion in the oil and gas industry.
Proficient in the use of engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000) and familiar with industry-specific software.
