Job Requirement |
Lead the design and analysis of civil and structural engineering projects, including the development of models, calculations, and technical drawings using state-of-the-art software and methodologies. |
Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and best practices specific to the oil and gas industry, as well as environmental and safety regulations. |
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate the suitability of locations for new installations or modifications to existing structures. |
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and process engineers, to ensure the integration of all project aspects. |
Oversee the preparation of bid packages, technical reports, and project documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with contractual obligations. |
Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables. |
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. |
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field. |
Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a significant portion in the oil and gas industry. |
Proficient in the use of engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000) and familiar with industry-specific software. |
