Job Requirement |
Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for oil and gas infrastructure, including but not limited to power generation, distribution systems, control systems, and lighting. |
Conduct detailed electrical system analyses and simulations to optimize designs for safety, efficiency, and reliability. |
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including mechanical, civil, and process engineers, to ensure integrated project delivery and alignment with project specifications and industry standards. |
Supervise and mentor junior electrical engineers and designers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. |
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within cost constraints. |
Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. |
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. |
A minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering design, with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. |
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering projects, from concept through to completion. |
