Job Requirement |
Assist in the design and analysis of process flows, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure efficient and safe operations in oil and gas production and processing. |
Support senior engineers in developing process simulations and models to optimize production techniques and methodologies. |
Participate in the creation and revision of process documentation, including P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), process descriptions, and operating manuals. |
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement new technologies or process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing environmental impact. |
Conduct risk assessments and safety evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations. |
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues that arise during project execution and operations. |
Engage in field visits and site inspections, as required, to understand operational challenges and develop practical engineering solutions. |
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution. |
Strong foundational knowledge of process engineering principles, particularly as they relate to the oil and gas industry. |
Familiarity with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II, or similar) is highly desirable. |
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. |
Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments. |
