Job Requirement
Assist in the design and analysis of process flows, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure efficient and safe operations in oil and gas production and processing.
Support senior engineers in developing process simulations and models to optimize production techniques and methodologies.
Participate in the creation and revision of process documentation, including P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), process descriptions, and operating manuals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement new technologies or process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing environmental impact.
Conduct risk assessments and safety evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues that arise during project execution and operations.
Engage in field visits and site inspections, as required, to understand operational challenges and develop practical engineering solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
Strong foundational knowledge of process engineering principles, particularly as they relate to the oil and gas industry.
Familiarity with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II, or similar) is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments.
