Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety practices. |
Oversee the security measures necessary to protect personnel, data, and assets from internal and external threats. |
Develop and enforce security protocols and ensure adherence to these protocols at all levels of the organization. |
Ensure that all projects comply with environmental laws and regulations. |
Promote sustainable practices and the use of environmentally friendly technologies and materials in project designs. |
Stay abreast of new and existing regulations affecting the industry and ensure that the organization remains compliant. |
Prepare reports and documentation required by regulatory bodies and ensure timely submissions. |
Develop and oversee the implementation of emergency response procedures and incident management plans. |
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. |
Extensive experience in QHSSE roles within the oil and gas industry, particularly in engineering design. |
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a high-stakes environment. |
