Location Position Designation Job Summary We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of electrical systems and solutions for various oil and gas projects. This role involves leading the electrical engineering efforts from conceptual design through to construction and commissioning, ensuring all electrical systems meet industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. The Lead Electrical Engineer will play a pivotal role in contributing to the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of our projects, driving innovation and excellence in engineering design. Job Requirement • Manage, supervise and plan the departmental / divisional human resource & administration activities including personnel assignment, delegation, employment / deployment, administration, manpower / man-hour loading & utilization, office facilities, computing software and hardware requirements, engineering training. • Update monthly management operational progress report • Supervise Lead Engineers on organizational and project level. • Assist Project Manager / project Management team in engineering project execution. • Update monthly management operational progress report • A recognized degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field. • Minimum 15 years’ experience in engineering design of projects in oil & gas industry. • Must be computer literate and good in Microsoft office and other engineering software.
