Job Requirement
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Oversee office management, including facilities maintenance, supplies procurement, and vendor management.
Manage company records, including employee files and other administrative documents.
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Handle budget tracking, invoicing, and other financial administrative tasks.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
