Location Position Designation Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Civil Engineer to spearhead our engineering design team within the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our project development team, specializing in designing, planning, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure specific to the oil and gas industry. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical prowess, and project management skills to ensure the delivery of innovative, safe, and sustainable engineering solutions. Job Requirement • Initiate and manage overall departmental manpower planning efficiently. • Manage project efficiently to ensure excellent departmental performance and optimized the resources effectively. • Effectively communicate with internal and external clients on relevant technical matters. • Review and approval of timesheet and overtime authorization, administrative matter e.g. expense claim, and annual leave of staff. • Interface with Project Manager on design and engineering issues. • Ensure that the project is being implemented in accordance with the Project PEQP. • A recognized degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or relevant field • Minimum 15 years’ experience in engineering design of projects in oil & gas industry. • Must be computer literate and good in Microsoft office and engineering software i.e STAAD Pro, Abaqus and AutoCad.
