Job Summary
The Engineer (Mechanical and Piping) is responsible for the design, analysis, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and piping networks in industrial facilities such as oil refineries, chemical plants, power plants, and manufacturing plants. This role involves applying engineering principles, codes, and standards to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of mechanical and piping systems. The Engineer (Mechanical and Piping) collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Job Requirement
• Monitor the effectiveness of the project quality system and recommends changes for improvements where applicable.
• Check the engineering deliverables for correctness and quality, marks-up any comments or revision on these documents and ensure that the changes are included and completed on the latest copies of all affected documents.
• Conduct engineering analysis and recommend technical solutions.
• Generate detailed engineering drawings.
• A recognized degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of solid working experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Must be computer literate and good in Microsoft office and engineering software i.e PDMS, Neviswork, PV Elit, Cesar, Autocad and SP3D.
