| Analyze project specifications, engineering drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. |
| Evaluate the financial implications of engineering design choices and recommend cost-effective alternatives. |
| Implement cost control strategies and monitor project expenditure to ensure compliance with the budget. |
| Prepare detailed reports and presentations on cost estimates and analyses for senior management and clients. |
| Stay abreast of industry trends, cost drivers, and technological advancements that can impact project costs. |
| Minimum of 8 years of experience in cost estimation within the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of managing cost estimates for large-scale engineering projects. |
| Strong technical proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., Aspen Capital Cost Estimator, CostX, or similar). |
| In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and construction processes specific to the oil and gas industry. |
